BlueLips lives up to its social responsibility and donates 25% of their profits to breast cancer research.

The concept of death usually pushes people away and that is due to the uncertainty of it and not having enough understanding of this natural process. This is compounded when there is an industry behind death that almost puts a person in the grave before their time. Template:ColorLips is basically set out to educate people about bad funereal directors and take the misconceptions away while poking fun at the concept. Contrary to speculations about the morbid nature of folks interested in this topic, the clients of this Template:ColorLips include normal every day people including doctors, medical students, morticians, lawyers, postmortem collectors who are interested in the subject from an educational point of view and want to gain more knowledge on it. They are careful about the type of materials that they sell and who they sell to especially preventing minors from gaining material that is not suitable for them.

Odd Goodies

So what can be bought at Template:ColorLips in order to feed your curiosity? For starters, and for a bit of fun, you can buy anatomical chocolates in the shape of a human heart and brain which have proven popular at Halloween parties. There are some cool T-shirts available if you want to express your comfort with death all year long.

To raise only mild concerns amongst your peers, you may consider getting yourself some Gothic or Egyptian statues depicting death or pirate collectibles.

Going for the extreme route, you can get DVDs on embalming, autopsy, grim readings, postmortem collectibles, and odd gifts such as a toilet brush mounted in a skull and other deathly things.

Following are some of the unique items presented by Template:ColorLips. Some of these ought to raise a hair or two in the back of your neck, but if nothing else they should at least give you a chuckle.

Day of the Dead collectibles

Day of the Dead is a Mexican tradition of praying and remembering your loved ones. This holiday is also celebrated in North America and in other parts of the world to honor the dead. Template:ColorLips offers a collection of items that depict the faces and emotions of this festival. Most of these are everyday living creatures depicted humorously in skeletal forms.

Gourmet Sauces

Would you like some embalming sauce with that? You probably don't want to hear that from your waiter but it may be wicked to present your guests with such an oddity. 100% edible, besides the name, these sauces and dressings are made to give your food some zing.

History of BlueLips.com

Why the name Template:ColorLips
BlueLipsLips.png
Founder of the website had a reaction to one of the medicines which upset her condition severely. At the hospital a nurse commented that her lips had turned really blue. The owner replied that this would be a really great name for a business and the nurse loved the idea. She even ended up helping design the logo for the website and that's how Template:ColorLips was formed.

The original founder of BlueLips, or Death Becomes You as it used to be called, is a brave person who is herself battling death and this is her way of coming to terms with it by sharing a laugh and living every day of her life to the fullest. She advocates for better funeral care and speaks to people through her own experience that death isn't as bad as we make it out to be and that we ought to celebrate life as much as we can instead of mourning for an eventuality that engulfs us all. The purpose behind this website is to get people to think about this and also to have fun at the same time.

Currently Template:ColorLips is owned and managed by Karen Hutchinson who run the business on a day to day basis and is probably the best person to contact for any questions or queries.
